A versatile sourdough bread made with ancient grain Khorasan, Oriel sea salt harvested in Co. Louth, and stone-ground organic flour, it boasts a rich, naturally sweet taste.
Khorasan is easier to digest, causing less gastrointestinal distress or inflammation than other wheat products. Suitable for all meals, from breakfast to dinner.
The triskele design is an ancient symbol found on the stones of Newgrange, which we share with our Breton cousins in Northern France.
