A LOAF MADE FOR TOASTING
This artisanal malted sourdough bread is crafted with ancient barley grain, Oriel sea salt harvested off the Irish sea, a white sourdough starter, and a mix of three types of linseed, which helps lower cholesterol, reduce inflammation, support overall well-being, and are a good source of omega 3’s.
When toasted, the crumb and seeds caramelise beautifully, enhancing its delicious malty flavour. This versatile loaf is perfect with jam or honey, pairs wonderfully with steak, and is ideal for toasted sandwiches. As a nod to Ireland’s rich cultural heritage, the bread is marked with a symbol spelling ‘toast’ in Ogham, our ancient Celtic script.
