This artisanal malted sourdough bread is crafted with ancient barley grain, Oriel sea salt harvested in Co. Louth, and a mix of three types of linseed, which helps lower cholesterol, reduce inflammation, and support overall well-being.
When toasted, the crumb and seeds caramelise beautifully, enhancing its delicious malty flavour. This versatile loaf is perfect with jam or honey, pairs wonderfully with steak, and is ideal for toasted sandwiches.
As a nod to Ireland’s rich heritage, the bread is marked with a symbol spelling ‘toast’ in Ogham, the country’s ancient script.
