White Sourdough

A LOAF FOR EVERYDAY

A light white sourdough bread crafted from soft tradition flour and durum wheat, brought together with a white sourdough starter and seasoned with Oriel sea salt harvested off the Irish sea.

Baked in a traditional stone oven, it develops a distinctive character and depth of flavour. The result is an open, pale crumb and a pleasantly crunchy crust, thanks to the inclusion of durum flour.

Its sour aroma carries a subtle lactic tang, balanced by a tender texture. Ideal for sandwiches, it also works perfectly when torn into rustic croutons for a Caesar salad.
